Join our Media Crew!

Are you the one?

We’re now looking for some amazing, independent, hard working, ultimate addicted, bad ass media volunteers that will help us make the coverage of WJUC2020 in Malmö outstanding!

Apply here before March 1, 2020.

Writers:

You need to be fluent in English (if you know Spanish and/or Mandarin too it’s a plus), be independent and a team player. You should have experience of sports writing in English.

 

We will primarily communicate through social media so you should be familiar with publishing your work on Instagram and Facebook.

Except from writing you will take snap shots and film short interviews.

 

Photographers: 

We need still photographers covering games that also can film short interviews. Working independent and being skilled in editing your work is a must.

Commentators:

We aim to livestream more junior games than ever before, so we’re looking for a couple of experienced (and/or enthusiastic) commentators who knows all about ultimate – connection to U20 is a merit. You have to be fluent in English – Spanish and/or Mandarin too is a big plus.

 

Other media crew

  • Graphic designers. You will set the tone of voice of all marketing/communication material. Experience in print production and basic CMS-skills is a must.

  • Announcers/MC. You will work at the main arena Malmö Stadion all week. With several games per day at the main venue you will be the voice of WJUC 2020. Your job is to communicative the action on the field, make ultimate understandable for anyone seeing the sport for the first time, and create an ambience in the arena.

  • Broadcasting crew. We are looking for people behind the camera filming games, doing live and content editing and other personnel with experience from broadcasting/live streaming.

The deal:

We’ll accommodate you (shared double room at hotel, breakfast included) feed you (lunch and dinner), dress you (sweater and cap) and give you a great experience that will push your game to the next level! 

You need to be present in Malmö from Saturday 18 July to Saturday 25 July 2020.
