WJUC2020: 30 nations. 5 continents. 26 men's teams. 26 women's teams.

Today the participating teams we're announced on www.wjuc2020.com. A record breaking 52 teams are pre-registrered. Some might drop out, but I have a hunch 50 will make it to Malmö in July. I also have hope for Russia, China, Slovenia and/or Slovakia making a late entry.

This is extremely good since the target given from WFDF was 44 teams in total.

Most exciting of all is the 50/50 gender split - both divisions have 26 teams entering. Three nations (Hungary, India and Panama) are sending women's teams only. This development is fantastic.

Also great to see the reactions in the ultimate community. There is high expectations on WJUC in Malmö. The number of teams entering – and the fact that the hotels are more or less fully booked – emphasizes this. So far the decisions and actions taken by the KMS have been spot on.

Good work, all!
