Registration

and deadlines

You are kindly asked to supply information and make payments as soon as possible – please do not wait until you are close to the deadline as this simply creates a bottleneck of work for WFDF and the TOC. We are not able to extend the deadlines below nor make exceptions to the fees published – please do not ask.

Team Registration

To pre-register your team for each division, please use this link before Friday 13th September, 2019.

Deadlines:

Team Registration: September 13, 2019
Team fee due: September 30, 2019

 
Player Registration UPDATED October 8, 2019

Deadlines:

Player Fee - early bird: January 30, 2020

Player Fee - regular player fee: March 1, 2020

Non-Player Fee: March 1, 2020

Accommodation
All accommodation bookings are open from Tuesday 1st October, 2019 – a link to the booking form will be emailed to all teams who have paid the team fee.

Deadlines

Payment due, minumum 50% to be paid to secure spot: November 30, 2019

Payment due, minumum 50% of due amount to be paid: January 30, 2020

Balance of amount due: April 1, 2019

Overview: Hotel, cost and type
  • Breakfast is included.

  • Only hotel A and B are included on the Shuttle Bus Loop.

  • All prices are per person per night in a fully occupied room.

  • All prices in SEK.

  • All hotel reservation via the TOC

  • Exchange rates are approx (August 2019): €1 = SEK 10.5 and $1 = SEK 9.5

Payment

Invoices will be sent to each NF with payment details.

Notes
  • All fees are in Svenska kronor (SEK). Please ensure your payments are in the correct currency.

  • The team fee is non-refundable

  • The player fee can be transferred but is non-refundable (subject to certain exceptions as agreed by the TOC)

  • The Non-Player Fee includes access to all event facilities, the shuttle bus, accreditation, one hot main meal per player for the six (6) regular playing days of Sunday 19th July – Friday 24th July and a gift pack. This option should be chosen for anyone attending the event as part of a team who is not included on the team roster and is not playing (ie coach, chaperone)

  • All bank fees and transfer charges are at the cost of the payer – if there are any outstanding monies they will be collected in cash during on-site event registration
